SMART 4.0: WATER CREDITS & THE SMARTHUB
Research & development of a circular economy concept: a financial incentive – reward  program aimed at improvement of water efficiency, quality and resilience as part of the ESG concept. Potential integration with other public-private incentives and schemes including green finance instruments.

The SmartHub,  an interactive water, energy & carbon ranking map and a marketplace integrated with water credits. It may also act as a unified platform for billing and transactions for service payments (B2B & B2C levels). 


ZERO WASTE ECO RECYCLING PROJECT

Task & Deliverables:
Created a circular economy and commercial strategy for an autonomous closed-loop cycle recycling technology with minimum harmful emissions.
Converting solid waste, used tires, contaminated soil, and oil sludge  into liquid fuel, heat, and electricity and carbon black with no need for external energy sources.

Task & Deliverables:
Delivered an inclusive brand and business strategy, based on principles of innovation, systems thinking and sustainability.

Task & Deliverables:
Developed a highly distinctive marketplace positioning for the merged bank that communicates sustainability, inclusion, innovation, and benefits in a convincing and compelling way to both customers and employees. Created a sustainable and brand migration strategy setting out the short, medium- and long-term business transformation objectives.

Task & Deliverables:
Launched an educational project aimed to provide workshops, learning materials about resilient and inclusive brand transformation strategy for corporate sector. *In Partnership with Clive Woodger.
